Image recording in Helium Neon laser or semiconductor red laser imagesetters with light source from 632.8nm to 670nm.

Unpacking

Room light loading film can be put into a special cassette of the imagesetter under room light. Dark-room loading film should be put into a special cassette of the imagesetter under dark Green light or total darkness. Handle with care to prevent from damage of friction, folding, oil sludge and finger prints. Exposure

Correct exposure conditions should be finalized by tests according to the different types of Machines and age conditions of diodes. Processing

Chemicals of HuaGuang HG-2000 or HG--963II are recommended, other similar chemicals can also be used.

Recommended developing conditions as follows. Developing Tem. 30-36 degree *35 degree Developing Time 30-40 sec. *35sec. Would be the first option of development conditions for customers. Fixing time: 32 degree
